About

Molly is an experienced Registered Dietitian and owner of Full-Filled Nutrition, LLC since 2016. Molly has more than a decade of experience in navigating diet culture and figuring out what works best for a busy mom, raising a healthy family. Her journey to find what is best and what works for her, may be a lot like yours. The world of nutrition and diet culture can be difficult to navigate, even for a well-educated dietitian. Follow Molly if you are someone that knows there is a right choice for preventing and reversing disease with a focus on weight loss.

Education: Molly completed her undergraduate work in Clinical Dietetics and Nutrition from University of Pittsburgh. She continued to her graduate studies and dietetic internship at Iowa State University. Molly holds two certificates, Adult Weight Management Counseling and Adolescent Weight Management Counseling. Molly is a Certified ServSafe Proctor. Molly is also a past president to the Northwest chapter of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.

Experience:

Molly’s work experience has most recently been in school nutrition programs where Molly focuses on providing healthy meals and snacks for school aged students. Prior to that Molly worked in individualized nutrition counseling for Plant Based Dieting (Whole Food, Plant-Based, Oil Free) approach to preventing and reversing disease. Molly would participate in educating doctors on nutrition and how to inspire them to help their patients. Molly has years of experience in Weight Loss with surgical and non-surgical weight loss techniques. Working expensively with Bariatric Nutrition with group and individual counseling. Molly’s other experience has been in life cycle nutrition with work in prenatal, post-natal and breastfeeding education. As well as long term care evaluation and support. A large part of a dietitian’s role is always in food service and food service management, the skills from this experience help a dietitian known how to work with food. Molly is also teaches ServSafe® classes to schools, restaurants and students. Molly is a Certified ServSafe® Instructor and Registered ServSafe® Proctor with the National Restaurant Association.

Molly and her husband are raising their two young children to have happy, healthy relationships with food that do not involve restrictive eating. Some may disagree with the approach to allowing kids to eat a variety of healthy and unhealthy foods, but Molly believes in teaching children to have positive relationships around all foods. Food is fun. Food should be enjoyed. Food is healthy and delicious at the same time. Molly and her husband enjoy entertaining for friends and family. Many of Molly’s posts will be focused on how to entertain with healthy whole foods. Cheers!

In her free time, she loves spending time with her husband, children, and their dog on the lake. Molly enjoys skiing, reading, and exercising. Molly and her husband enjoy hosting with their friends and family and many of her posts are related to how this can be done easily and of course, with a cocktail.
