ServSafe®

Molly Snyder, RDN is a Certified ServSafe® Instructor and Registered ServSafe® Examination Proctor for the National Restaurant Association, February 2023.

Are you in need of the required ServSafe training certificate? If so Molly can proctor the examination. Training can be completed in a small group, with up to 35 people.

What is ServSafe®? ServSafe is designed to protect customer health, improve employee food safety performance and preserve business reputation.


Pick a plan that works best for you:

  • Two day, in person training. Day One with an interactive course review. Day two will offer a two hour review and two hours for testing. This is the best choice for individuals taking the course for the first time.
  • Test only. If you took the training course online and are only looking for a Certified trainer to proctor your exam.
